MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) adds an extra layer of security to your account. It requires two different methods to verify your sign-in: something you know, like a password, or something you have, like a phone.
By enroling in MFA, you reduce the risk of fraud and protect your credentials. Even if your password is compromised, your data remains safe with MFA.
FOR EXISTING CST SPARK CUSTOMERS:
If you created your secure site account before July 14, 2024, you would enrol into MFA through the reset password process.
FOR NEW CST SPARK CUSTOMERS:
If you created your secure site account after July 14, 2024, you can enrol into MFA with the following steps.
SIGNING IN AFTER MFA SETUP
For security purposes, once MFA has been setup, each time you sign in, you will be required to sign in with MFA by verifying your identity via a text message or telephone call.
