The Oriole Scholarship Fund, administered by the Learning Matters Education Charity, is committed to providing financial assistance to Canadian children who would not otherwise have the financial means to obtain a post-secondary education. Funds are made available to Canadian post-secondary students who have a stated objective to make a positive contribution to Canadian society, and who have a demonstrated financial need.
