CST Scholarships and Awards: Turning today’s scholars into tomorrow’s leaders

Recognizing greatness

CST offers a number of awards, scholarships and bursaries for qualifying students as a reflection of our passion for higher learning and commitment to making post-secondary education financially accessible to all.

The CST awards program is designed to recognize and reward the hard work and accomplishment of high-performing students and help alleviate some of the financial burden that comes with paying for today's rising cost of post-secondary education. In addition to saving for your child’s education through a Registered Education Savings Plan like a CST RESP; awards, scholarships and bursaries can help pay for the
ever-increasing cost of university and college.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with all of CST’s awards, bursaries and scholarships and encourage your children to apply. Nothing makes us happier than rewarding young people for their hard work and helping to make their dreams come true.

CST Graduate Awards

Created in 1984 to honour the founders of the Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation, the CST Graduate Awards are granted to academically-gifted, well-rounded CST Alumni entering a graduate program (Masters or Doctorate level). This program is aimed at those students whose financial situation makes it difficult for them to pursue their studies.

There are ten CST Graduate Awards presented annually valued at $7,500 each. These awards help outstanding Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan alumni continue their pursuit of higher learning through graduate school.
