Concerns

If you have a concern or complaint about C.S.T. Consultants Inc. or a CST Plan, we encourage you to speak directly to your Sales Representative, his or her Branch Manager or our Customer Care Department so that we can address your concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

If you feel that your concern or complaint has not been adequately addressed, please notify our Complaints Handling group in writing at:

To help us deal with your concern or complaint, please include your agreement number, the details of what happened and why your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 business days and typically provide our response in writing within 60 days. In the event it takes longer, we will contact you and provide a new response date. The written response from our Complaints Handling Group is considered to be our final response on a complaint. Unless you present any new and relevant information, your complaint will not be reopened.

After 90 days, if you have not received a written notice of our decision, you may contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments. (See ‘Do you feel your concern has still not been addressed?’).
