Governance

The Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation is a not-for-profit organization governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Foundation is responsible for approving the investment policies and target returns for all of the Canadian Scholarship Trust Plans that we offer.

As well, to oversee our role as a fiduciary, an Independent Review Committee, or IRC, reviews and approves all matters that might reasonably constitute a conflict of interest for the Foundation or C.S.T. Consultants Inc. in their management of the Plans.
